   - 도막 표면에 다양한 형태의 입체적 패턴과 질감 각인.

   - 기존의 「스텐+후가공」자재 대체

     ⇒ 원가절감+미려한 외관+고내후성 등 확보

▨ Specially designed for passenger elevator (door of

     car, hall, jamb etc.) & entrance door.

​

    It made by roll imprinted various 3D pattern and

    texture on the surface of the painting film.

​

    By replacing raw material 「Stainless+post-treatment」,

    it can be achieved cost reduction and luxurious

    appearance etc.

C. 고내식성 도금강판  ( Hot dip "Zn+Al+Mg" coated Steel / Gix & GLX )

    - 삼원합금 도금강판 (Zn+Al+Mg의 합금도금) 으로 절단면과 표면의 내부식성이 같은 두께의

       Zn도금 (Gi) 또는 Zn+Al도금 (GL, Galvalume) 경우보다 3~5배  향상됨.

​

    - 칼라강판의 원재료로 사용 시, 절단면의 내부식성이 추가로 향상됨

​

       GiX & GLX are made by Three Kinds metal coating (Zn+Al+Mg).

       It has 3~5 times corrison resistance at cut section better than Zinc only coating (Gi).

​

    - 용도 : 원재료 그대로 또는 도장 후 적용 (내부식성 추가 증가).

                 난방기 반사판, 농원용 파이프, 축사 지붕, 외벽재, 태양광 구조물, 케이블트레이 등.

​

       Usage ; Heater reflector, Pipe(farm, greenhouse), Roof & Wall, Solar structure, Cable tray etc.
